Programme profile
This programme provides a solid theoretical and methodological basis in all the main domains of Psychology: General Psychology, Psychobiology, Clinical Psychology, Social Psychology and Psychometrics. The programme also offers a number of options in area such as Artificial intelligence, Psychology of language and the Psychology of visual and spatial processes.
Students are encouraged to participate in practical activities, such as carrying out individual or group research projects. In the third year of the course the students will spend a period of internship, at a university or at an external organisation, either collecting data or doing bibliographic research.
Fees charged with reference to family income. First-year fee waivers available based on grades and motivation.
Programme content
First year: Basic concepts of psychology, Brain and behaviour, Developmental psychology, Social psychology and communication, Dynamic psychology.
Second year: Statistical methods in psychology, Work and organisation psychology, Clinical psychology, Animal psychology and Neuropsychology
Third year: Genes and behaviour, Cognition and sensory perception, Spatial cognition, Psychology of language, Health psychology and of course the goal of the three-year course: graduation!
Each year, students must also attend optional courses, such as Human sexuality, Artificial intelligence and many others, to reach the required amount of credits
